How It Works:

Purchase the Memberships and Monthly Subscriptions for the number of staff members you wish to uplevel, including technicians, managers, office staff, and yourself.

You'll receive an email from StudentServices@skilledproacademy.com requesting a list of all team members you're enrolling. Please provide each person's full name, title, first language, cell phone number, email address, and mailing address.

Within three business days, your team will be enrolled, and each member will receive an email with their login ID and password. The manager will also have access to a dashboard to track team progress.

Your team will also maintain access as an on-demand knowledge base during the busiest part of the season. Even when techs are too busy for full courses, this is when they need access the most, when they’re stuck on a repair, facing an issue they haven’t seen in a while, or need quick guidance in the field.
